By using RetainChase you agree to these terms.
The service
RetainChase drafts payment and retainage follow-ups and, if you choose, sends messages you approve. You review every message and are responsible for its content, recipients, and compliance with applicable law and your contracts.
Not legal advice
RetainChase does not track, calculate, or file mechanics' liens, preliminary notices, or statutory deadlines, and nothing in the service is legal advice. Consult a construction attorney about your rights.
Acceptable use
- Send only to business contacts you have a working relationship with about amounts genuinely owed.
- No spam, harassment, false statements, or impersonation.
- Don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Plans and billing
The free plan is limited to 3 jobs. Paid plans, when offered, renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime through the billing portal; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
You own your data. See the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that any invoice will be paid. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
